Deno Generic

Generic Deno runtime for TypeScript/JavaScript services. The Deno binary is baked into the image at /opt/runtime/bin/; customer code lives in /home/container/. Clone a git repo on startup via GIT_ADDRESS or upload files directly with USER_UPLOAD=1. The Deno module cache is stored in /home/container/.deno-cache and is included in backups.
