Dynamica

Dynamica dynamic Discord voice-channel bot. Source is downloaded from GitHub and built on first start; compiled output is cached at /home/container/.cache/dynamica/. The SQLite database lives at /home/container/dynamica/db.sqlite and is included in backups. Delete the .cache/dynamica/.installed marker and restart to force a reinstall/upgrade.
