Elixir

Elixir runtime on the BEAM/Erlang VM. On start the container optionally clones a git repository into /home/container/, runs mix deps.get, then execs mix run --no-halt. Override MIX_RUN_ARGS for Phoenix (phx.server) or custom Mix tasks. GIT_ACCESS_TOKEN is stored encrypted.
