Game Server Watcher

Discord/Telegram/Slack bot that monitors game servers and posts live player counts and status embeds. Bot state and watcher configuration are stored in /home/container/data/ (DATA_PATH). At least one bot token (DISCORD_BOT_TOKEN, TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, or SLACK_BOT_TOKEN) must be configured alongside the mandatory SECRET.
