PostgreSQL 15 single-instance cluster. PGDATA lives at /home/container/data/pgdata so it backs up with the volume. PGPASSWORD is mandatory on first start; TCP auth uses scram-sha-256. The upstream egg used md5 auth — this image upgrades that to scram-sha-256 for all TCP connections.
